3. Purpose and basis

We use your data to run the property search you request, contact you about listings and answer enquiries. Basis: your consent and our legitimate interest.

4. Consent and withdrawal

You consent by ticking the box before submitting the form. Withdraw any time at contact@trymorist.com; this stops further processing without affecting prior lawful use.

5. Sharing

With your consent we may share your enquiry with selected real-estate partners, agents and service providers (hosting, CRM, analytics) that follow up on your search under contract. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept 24 months from the last contact, or longer where the law requires, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

Encryption in transit, access controls and confidentiality obligations limit processing to the stated purposes.

8. Your rights
