01 / Brief
A brief says what you are actually buying: a house to live in, land to work, or a base for the months you spend outside the city. We use it to filter the market before anyone drives anywhere.
Five things decide whether a plot is worth a visit. Write them down roughly. Precision can come later, and a range is more useful to us than a single number.
Example brief line: 2 to 6 ha / 25 km to district centre / electricity on site / graded access road
If a field is unknown at the desk stage, we label it unknown instead of guessing, and mark it for verification. Open the brief form to send yours, or see how each criterion is scored first.
03 / Search brief
A brief covers the five criteria we score: location, land size, building condition, infrastructure and lifestyle. Write only what you know; anything unconfirmed stays labelled as unknown in the shortlist.
